To get started, you need to download ZOOM APP to your laptop, mobile phone or tablet. Please find the link below (click on blue tab, the app is free of charge).
After that, just contact us in any way is comfortable and ask for link for any class you would like to take part in – CLASSES ARE FREE OF CHARGE, and we will be delighted to see you there.
This is really great experience and even that it sounds little complicated, once you get in and do the first class you will realize its very easy. So don’t wait and join us! Here is little more tips for you:

BEST VIDEO QUALITY (WIFI & how to avoid lag)
1 -The closer you are to the router the better.
2 -Use Ethernet cord if possible. If you don’t have one then make sure you have a high speed. Smaller speed may lead to synchronisation issues. But nothing dramatic.
3- Make sure no one else is on the WiFi at the time of the session. Keep in mind a lot of devices automatically connect to WiFi. ie phones, gaming systems, fire sticks, other computers and devices. Please minimise or eliminate these connections if possible.
4 -Stay powered! Keep your device plugged in to the power source.
5 -Videos also affect bandwidth which can affect video however, there will be times when we will ask you to turn off the videos.
6 -You will be muted for most of the class. We will unmute for questions, hello and goodbye 🙂
7 -CLOSE all other active browser windows.
MUSIC TEST – We’re gonna do a test! We play the songs from the playlist and you give thumbs up approval on sound clarity.

-Please, be aware that you take full responsibility for your health before, during and after class, consider consulting with doctor if you are not sure about taking part in exercise class due to health condition, pregnancy or injury
