The 4 week challenge includes:
• Unlimited Weekly Classes for 4 weeks (unlimited Zumba, Rip 60 & Yoga classes)
• 24h help & personal support
• Before and After weigh-ins, measurements and body fat calculations (1st measurements taken Thursday February 1st)
• Before and after pictures
• Access to our ‘’Set up your goal’’ Facebook page that will include workout tips and recipes
• Nutritional Manual and exercise tips guidelines to help you stay on track outside of the classes
• all included for ONLY 50 € /week
*Classes are for ALL levels, are 1 hour long and will include: Zumba workouts. Rip 60 Functional Training workouts: kettlebells, battling ropes, functional movements, power bands exercises, body weight exercises, core work and more. Yoga: flexibility, strength and balance, and much more…
Every movement can be modified so you will stay injury free and learn new moves safely and effectively. At the end of 4 weeks, you will not only have results, but confidence to walk into a class and know what to do!
You will receive up to 28 total classes from the following times:
Monday 8:30-9:15pm (Zumba class)
Tuesday 8-10pm (Rip 60 & Yoga class)
Wednesday 8-9pm (Zumba class)
Thursday 7-9pm (Rip 60 & Zumba class)
Saturday 11-12pm (Zumba class)
You get all of the above for only €200 (only 50 € a week)!!!
NO Gym membership required!
