First of all we would like to say that we are happy to hear and see that you would like to take your health and fitness into the next level.
Now having a chance to meet 1 to 1 with you we will be able to:
– give you a full health and body assessment,
– specify short term and long term goals,
– create the training plan based on your needs, that will fit into your weekly schedule,
– meet for Personal Training Sessions based on the needs : 1,2,3 or more session a week,
– advise you on nutrition plan based on your body type, your body calorie needs, activity level and goal,
– we will perform Fitness Testing and regular measurements and progress checking together with you,
– also provide equipment, insurance and personal care.
Success isn’t just about losing fat or gaining muscle but also about improving your health, or your athletic performance, or how you feel, mentally and physically.
